Royal Smit & Zoon will be present at the Color, Material & Finish exhibition (CMF) from April 7-13, 2025. The exhibition takes place during Milan Design Week and coincides with the leading event Salone del Mobile. During this week, design lovers, from furniture to fashion and automotive, gather in the Italian city to gain inspiration and discover new products and materials. In this high-end design setting, we are presenting Zeology both to a wide audience and to the automotive industry. Zeology leather. Leather reinvented. At CMF, visitors can discover the benefits Zeology leather. At the outside booth in Via Tortona, it becomes clear that Zeology leather offers all the best characteristics of leather, while at the same time being completely compostable. This makes Zeology leather a complete reinvention of leather. From April 7-13, at our outside display, passers-by are invited to get to know Zeology leather. By focusing our message on the fact that you could even put your Zeology leather item into the soil of your garden, once you are done using it, we plan to attract the attention of a plethora of people. Florian Schrey will host a talk about ‘Shifting Hues and Sustainable Materials: exploring the latest trends in automotive color and eco-friendly production'. Zeology leather for automotive On April 7, inside the PHYD Hub, we welcome interested parties from the automotive industry to dive deeper into the possibilities of Zeology leather. Here, we combine a striking display of Zeology application, in a stand-out colorway, with a nod to the compostability message so elegantly displayed outside in the Via Tortona. Moreover, our esteemed colleague Florian Schrey will host a talk about ‘Shifting Hues and Sustainable Materials: exploring the latest trends in automotive color and eco-friendly production’.
