As (Junior) Project Leader Supply Chain, you will lead, impact and contribute to the success of Supply Chain projects. The Supply Chain Department consists of 5 colleagues. You will be the driving force behind various projects and can make impact on the organization.

 

What you will be doing?

  • Leading projects at various levels, in collaboration with strategic partners, focused on the development of Supply Chain projects;
  • Coordinating, monitoring, following up and further setting up projects on behalf of Global Supply Chain Management;
  • Identifying external and internal developments when it comes to ensuring quality and making improvement proposals;
  • Supporting management and employees by providing timely and correct advice on the development of Supply Chain and the roll-out of the Global Supply Chain.

 

What we ask of you?

  • HBO/HTS work and thinking level with a completed education in Supply Chain management, Logistics or Technical Business Administration;
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as a project leader or consultant in the Supply Chain preferably in the chemical industry;
  • Affinity with ICT and relevant experience with ERP systems. Preferably SAP, AX 365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX;
  • You have a pragmatic attitude and are proactive and ambitious;
  • Experience in working in an international environment;
  • Good communication skills in the Dutch and English language (spoken and written);
  • You are able to communicate well with colleagues at all levels and disciplines in the organization;
  • Besides being a real team player you work in a planned and structured way;
  • You find it a challenge to work in a dynamic work environment and can cope well with work pressure.
